As we continue to try and protect our customers and staff during this health crisis we are going to be running our Fall registration a bit differently this year. All registrations will be done via email and phone.
Create a Customer Portal account to register your child for a class, view class schedule, view class availability, view payment history, and more!
WINTER Session #3: Winter Session #3 will run Monday, February 1st - Saturday, April 17th. Registration is now open for current members. Payments are due by your child's class the week of January 18-23 or there is a $10 late fee and you risk losing your spot in class. Please call 703-323-8050 to make your payment over the phone. If the answering machine picks up, please leave a message with your child's name, the best phone number and time to reach you. If you do not plan on continuing, please let us know so that we may call the next student on our wait list.
NOTE: FGA will be closed Sunday, March 28th - Sunday, April 4th for Spring Break. No Make Ups needed.
FALL Session #2: Fall Session #2 will run Monday, November 10th - Saturday, January 30th. Registration opens Monday, October 12th for current members. You have until the 2nd to last class to sign up or there is a $10 late fee and you risk losing your spot in class. If you do not intend to renew, please also let us know that so that we can open up the spot to our waitlist.
NOTE: FGA will be CLOSED:
+ November 25th-29th for Thanksgiving Break
+ December 20th-January 3rd for Winter Break.
NO Make Ups needed.
To register your child for a class, you MUST have an account on the Customer Portal. Once you have an account on the portal you may email or call to register for a class. You CANNOT register your child for a specific class through the portal.
Once you have created your Customer Portal account, please EMAIL (firstname.lastname@example.org) to register your child for a specific class. This ensures that your child will placed in the correct class. If a class is full, we can place your child on a wait list. Our classes run in 8-10 week sessions.
In your email, be sure to include:
1. Student Name - include all students you wish to register in the same email.
2. Class Preference - List at least 2 classes in case your first choice is full.
3. Phone Number - Provide a phone number in which we can reach you to collect payment.
Once your email is received, you will receive a phone call to confirm your class, complete registration, and collect payment.
Payment is due at time of sign up. There is a $25 registration fee for September 2020 – June 2021. There is a $10 registration fee for June 2020 - August 2020. We accept cash, check, & Visa or Mastercard card.
