Masks are optional in the gym.

Visit the front desk when you arrive to check in and pay for Open Gym.  


No parents in the lobby. Drop Off and Pick Up are done in the roped off area of the parking lot.  Parents may watch via the LiveStream on the Customer Portal during their child's class.


Please note that ALL participants must be registered via CUSTOMER PORTAL Account. This registration does include the liability waiver that must be signed in order to participate.


Open Gym time is NOT coached time.


Open Gym Rules

  1. ALL participants must be registered via a Customer Portal Account.
  2. For ages 18 and under. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
  3. Remove socks, shoes, loose clothing, and jewelry.
  4. Respect the equipment and return it to its proper place when done using it.
  5. Please use areas of the gym that are not being used by a class or team.
  6. Do not attempt skills you have never tried before.
  7. The foam pit is NOT a pool. DO NOT dive in head first.
  8. All of our coaches have the right to stop you from doing anything they think is unsafe.
  9. BE SAFE!
  10. HAVE FUN!


Open Gym

Open gym is an unstructured uncoached time in the gym.  It is a great opportunity to practice the skills learned in class, jump on the trampoline, or play in foam pit. You do not have to be in a class to participate, so feel free to invite your friends and neighbors to come along.   (Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.)

Monday - Friday 3pm - 4pm


OPEN GYM IS AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS!  ​
​COST: $15.00 PER PERSON, each additional sibling pays $10
