The Fairfax Gymnastics Academy's Girls Gymnastics Team  fosters competitive gymnastics in a friendly, safe environment.  Our team members compete at various levels at Virginia State sponsored and USAG sanctioned meets.  Our coaches, through a supportive team environment, train each girl to reach her own potential and develop flexibility, strength, grace, discipline, control, coordination, goal orientation, confidence, creativity, leadership, a healthy body and positive self-esteem.
